Walking

We are situated in the foothills of the Black Mountains and only a few miles from the Brecon Beacons and the Offas Dyke Trail.

The  Beacons and Black Mountains are famous for their MTB trails  - we are only a short drive away from Bike Park Wales!

Canoeing

We are only 2 miles from the River Wye and 5 miles from Llangorse Lake. Canoes can be hired at both.

Dark Skies

The Brecon Beacons is one of the only destinations in the UK that is an official Dark Sky Reserve!

Festivals

The area boasts a huge range of festivals including the world famous Hay Literature Festival.
