Our Chefs
Drew Clouston
Drew moved to the area seven years ago after a successful few years as the Head Chef of a seafood restaurant in the Scilly Isles. His passion for cooking using the very best locally sourced produce.
David Hill
Born in Talgarth, David has been a chef for over 30 years - working in kitchens and fine dining restaurants across the UK and also in Australia. He was Head Chef in the award winning Bell at Skenfrith and more latterly at the Black Lion in Hay on Wye.
